I've heard around the holidays but I'm unsure, may be sooner.

End of October / Beginning of November.. IF they strictly stick to the 6 month release schedule.

Well, I preordered my copy already from the EBGames by my house. They had the release date as October 26th, but then again, it was from EBGames.
